Customers may return a product within 7 days. The 7-day period starts from the day the order is delivered. Please get in touch with us within this time frame to be eligible for an exchange.
Returned items will only be accepted in their original condition - unused, with original tags and labels and packaging if applicable. Return fees are covered by the customer.
*We do not accept any returns on swimwear and underwear.
Change of mind or sizing issues are not eligible for a refund, but can be exchanged for store credit equivalent upon return of item.
Please be sure to consult the size chart located via the product description to avoid any sizing mistakes. Get in touch with us if you would like sizing recommendation for any particular product.
Refunds are only applicable if the item arrived faulty or is substantially different from the website. Please get in touch with us with detailed photos or description of the issue.
By placing an order, customers establish a commercial relationship with Purgatory and commit to accept delivery of the parcel related to the order placed. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes at no fault of the sender (Purgatory) for example: wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver, refusal at custom clearance, or if the customer refuses to collect the parcel, the parcel will be returned to Purgatory at customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs, any duty and tax fees.
The Purgatory team stands for the quality of Purgatory products and will endeavour to work with our customers to build better garments.
Purgatory reserves the right to reject returns at our discrecion which do not comply with our return policy.
